2/ It's a french-speaking board, however, someone will probably give you tips about your problem, but don't blame us if our english is bad ... (could even be great if you understand french !

3/ Unfortunately, I can not help you with your S60 hard shift, but one will help you here. Although I think a preventive draining of your oil could be helpful, maybe ; at least, it's worth trying. But specialists will tell.
