In this case, most often, the fault will lie in the steering column. The contacts inside the steering wheel can fall apart causing the wire to ground leading to the horn blowing continuously. The solution is to get a steering wheel horn contact kit for this model to repair the horn. These horn replacement kits are available at www.odometergears.com.
